We have always been successful in large part because of our staunch independence, which still distinguishes us from thousands of other review websites. The confidence of our readers is what the entire Klaudena Store staff values most. We therefore make many efforts to uphold and defend our impartiality and independence.
Product Reviews and Testing
Most of the time, we buy the goods we review from shops directly, just as you would. Even though it necessitates our own investments, we feel that this is the only way to have the same experience that you would have. Not only are we able to form an unbiased opinion about the product itself, but we can also investigate other aspects that are just as important—such as the shipping experience, the way a product is set up, customer support, and usage experience—all of which are equally important. This enables us to compare the entire purchasing and utilizing process from beginning to end.
However, occasionally we might receive the item without making the actual purchase; this usually occurs when a retailer is getting ready to release a new item that isn't yet on the market. If this occurs, we will make it clear in our reviews, comparisons, and buying guides that the sample was provided to us by a retailer. After the testing phase, the sample will be given back to a retailer. We never accept unsolicited products for review, and we only select the products for review based solely on reader interest.
Correction of Reviews, Comparisons and Buying Guides
We work hard to be precise, so if we make a mistake, we try to fix it as soon as we can. Whenever a factual error is discovered during the testing or reviewing process for a review, comparison article, or buying guide, we work to correct it as soon as possible and provide a detailed explanation of why the change was made. On rare occasions, the product we review fails to live up to our expectations or performs differently than what the retailer claims.
Our editorial policy is particularly strong in this issue; we consistently reject take-down requests, making any form of bribing one of our key no-nos.
